Mechanical maintenance, machinery and device installationWe provide diverse maintenance, repair and installation services with a high standard of workmanship. The versatility, experience and flexibility of our staff and the extensive range of tools that they carry with them allow jobs to be done without delay. Maintenance jobs usually involve the repair or complete overhaul of industrial production lines and production-related devices and structures.
Transmission
Transmission-related work involves transmission system replacements and repair work performed at the mechanical engineering workshop.
Conveyors
We perform all required basic maintenance services, including belt and chain replacements and traction machine repairs for scraper chain conveyors.
Pumps
We service and repair various types of pumps used by industry. Our service offering includes:
- Installations and bearings of replaceable units
- Alignments with laser measurement devices
- Machining of impellers
- Mechanical gasket replacements
- Installation and manufacture of spare parts
Cylinders
Our services include cylinder replacements and maintenance at the mechanical engineering workshop, covering, for example, cylinder tube and spindle inspections, gasket replacements and test pressures. We also take care of any required surface finishings.
Heat exchangers
We perform heat exchanger servicing in co-operation with Alfa Laval. Our installation staff, trained by Alfa Laval, performs heat exchanger cleaning and gasket replacement maintenance either at the customers’ premises or at our workshop. Servicing is done with tools specifically designed for the task, resulting in considerably shorter servicing times. In co-operation with Alfa Laval, high-quality spare parts are available for heat exchangers.
Vessel repair and maintenance
In addition to emergency hull and other damage repairs for vessels, we provide all required pump, pipeline and vessel transmission maintenance services in the loading ports of Northern Finland.
We are happy to take charge of complete projects and their practical aspects from start to finish. We can perform maintenance and repair work either at the customer's premises or in our own installation workshop. Our extensive store of materials kept for metal sales and the versatile machinery in our mechanical engineering workshop enable us to manufacture a diverse range of spare parts and steel structures to a specified schedule.Our customers have the option of setting up on-call duty services with us.
Valve maintenance
Our valve maintenance service involves maintenance, repair and renovation work to different industrial valves and regulating elements. We have the latest equipment in the field and expert staff at our disposal. Thanks to the mobile nature of our equipment, we can also perform maintenance jobs at the customer's premises if necessary. We perform in-service testing while the machinery is running, by which we can minimise part of the costs to the customer for service shutdown. The extensive equipment in our mechanical engineering workshop enables the tooling of different valves and allows us to perform other necessary machining and testing.
