The objective of maintenance services is to ensure uninterrupted production in our
customer companies and thereby to maintain and improve our customers’ efficiency.
Our customers include both globally-recognised, major industrial companies and
smaller local players.

At the customer’s request, our skilled design engineers are prepared to manage
the customer projects including the design of necessary parts and products. We can
deliver a comprehensive service package covering repair, maintenance and installation,
even on short notice. Our assignments generally involve full overhauls of industrial production lines and production machinery and structures, carried out on the basis
of tenders or customer orders both in Finland and abroad. Customer orders often come
from the paper, pulp, metal and chemical industries and involve work to be performed
during maintenance downtime, such as:

- gear system replacements and maintenance including bearing, sealing replacement
and surface finishing
- replacement, repair and maintenance of hydraulic cylinders
- replacement, bearing and basic servicing of pump replacement units
- basic servicing and bearing of screw conveyors and rollers
- chain replacements for bull chain conveyors, replacements of glides, manufacture
of rakes, pulling eye bearings, replacement and manufacturing of drive gears

We can perform repair and maintenance work either in the customer’s own facilities
or in our own installation workshop.

Our extensive material stock maintained for metal sales, combined with the versatile machinery used in the workshop, allow us to manufacture a highly-diverse range
of spare parts and steel constructions in the specified schedule.

We also offer customers the opportunity for customised on-call services.
