Sah-Ko Oy is a full-service mechanical engineering workshop that accommodates
to all customer needs. We specialise in the contract manufacturing of complex
welded and machined steel constructions. In most cases, our co-operation with
the customeris based on long-term subcontracting and partnership agreements.

Our experienced design engineering team uses modern design software to solve
the technical problems related to our customers’ mechanical, equipment, hydraulic
and metal construction engineering.

Our machinery enables the manual production of individual pieces as well as

We use the traditional MIG, TIG and manual metal arc welding methods to
manufacture individual steel constructions. A welding robot performs work that
requires efficient serial production. In addition to manufacturing, we also perform
repair and maintenance welding. Our welding services cover a range of materials,
from black steel to stainless steel, aluminium and titanium.
We also perform silver wire soldering.

In our installation workshop, we carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair
services, from gear system maintenance to bearing services and hydraulic cylinder
repairs.

Our surface finishing line gives the customer’s product the desired finish. We
are equipped to make products fully ready for fitting. We can also provide surface
finishing services including grain blasting and wet or powder coating as an individual
service provided separately.

All our operations, both in the Oulu and Pudasjärvi facilities, have been awarded
quality and environmental certificates for compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 and
ISO 14001:2004 standards.
